Subscription Terms

These terms describe how paid access to Vesnoro is billed. They are part of the Terms of Use.

The short version. You choose a plan at checkout. Each plan starts with an introductory period at the price shown, and unless you cancel it then renews automatically at the recurring price, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. Cancel any time in two taps at Subscription.

Amounts are in USD. A discount taken during signup applies to the introductory period only; the recurring amount in the third column is what renews. The exact figures for the plan you choose, the length of each period and the date of the first renewal are shown on the checkout screen before you pay.

What you are agreeing to

By completing checkout you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method the introductory amount now and the recurring amount at the start of each following period, until you cancel. The exact amounts, the length of each period and the date of the first renewal are shown on the checkout screen before you pay and repeated in your email receipt.

Taxes

Prices are shown with the tax applicable to your country or state added and itemised before payment.

How to cancel

Sign in and open Subscription in your account. Cancelling takes two taps and no email to support. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Pausing

You may pause for one month from the same page. During a pause you are not charged and your progress is kept.

Price changes

We email you at least 14 days before any change to a recurring price, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments

If a charge fails we may retry it over the following days and will email you. If it keeps failing, access pauses until payment succeeds.

This is an automatic renewal offer under California's Automatic Renewal Law. The renewal terms above are presented before purchase, your consent is recorded at checkout, you receive an acknowledgement by email, and cancellation is available online in your account without contacting us.
